Beyond just tracking your heart rate though, the Polar FS2 will give you age specific heart rate zones, which is a great feature. As with other heart rate monitor watches made by Polar, the Polar FS2 comes with a feature called “OwnCode” which stops interference from other heart rate monitors when you are training in a group of people who might also be using a heart rate monitor. When you want to train, the FS2 will provide you with all the functionality and features you need, without any unwanted features.
One important feature of the Polar FS2 is the ability to track your target heart rate information so you always know if you're pushing too hard, or not hard enough. If you go outside of your target zone, the Polar FS2 will provide you with both and audio and visual prompt, which helps you to always train at your target rate. The FS2 will also keep track of workout data like the time so that you can analyze the data later on and see your growth and progress.
The Polar FS2 can also be worn every day and is small and attractive and is also water resistant down to 50 meters. It comes with a stopwatch and obviously is able keep accurate time as well.
