The Forerunner 205 is designed to be an easy first step into the world of electronic personal trainers, and can be worn on the wrist so that it stays out of your way during workouts. While the batteries in most personal trainer units must be replaced, the Forerunner 205's docking cradle allows the battery to be easily recharged after each workout. The cradle also facilitates easy data transfer to a computer for use with the included Garmin Training Center software.
